As an instructional piece, two occupants will trade measurements of their entrance doors, and superimpose them onto their own doors with masking tape. The drawings should tilt based on how far they are from each other and the earth’s curvature. Occupants can then feel the physicality and orientation of each other’s respective places every time they enter and exit.
This piece was executed in January 2021, with my dad in Taiwan and myself in Toronto. The distance is 12,204 km with a 70-degree angle.
